Refund policy

To make a return please email us at hugleggings@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Returns must reach us no later than 7 days from when order is received. If 7 days have passed since you received your order unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If you believe to have received a faulty item, we must be notified within the 7 days to receive a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it in.

Should there be any sign of wear a refund will not be made.
