Refund policy

To make a return please email us at hugleggings@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Returns must reach us no later than 14 days from when order is received. If 14 days have passed since you received your order unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If you believe to have received a faulty item, we must be notified within the 14 days to receive a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it in.

Should there be any sign of wear a refund will not be made.
