Delivery Options
Once you have placed your order you will receive a dispatch notification email from us followed by a confirmation email from the specified courier with a tracking number attached. You can also add your contact number on your order to receive tracking updates via SMS.
UK STANDARD DELIVERY (2-3 WORKING DAYS) – £4.25
UK standard delivery orders are sent with a Royal Mail TRACKED 48 and take 2-3 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped with a tracking number. You can also add your contact number upon checkout to receive tracking updates via SMS.
UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY (1 WORKING DAY) *ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 2PM – £9.95
UK next day delivery orders are sent with Royal Mail TRACKED 24. Orders must be placed before 2pm Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will only be dispatched on Monday. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped with a tracking number. You can also add your contact number upon checkout to receive tracking updates via SMS.
EUROPE STANDARD DELIVERY (5-10 WORKING DAYS)- £14.95
Standard European orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked/Signed for service. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been sent along with a tracking number.
EUROPE EXPRESS DELIVERY (3 WORKING DAYS) – £25.00

Express European orders are sent with UPS. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been sent along with a tracking number.
USA & CANADA DELIVERY (3-4 WORKING DAYS) – £29.00
USA & Candaian orders are sent with UPS. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been sent along with a tracking number.
AUSTRALIA STANDARD DELIVERY (7-14 DAYS) – £20.00
Standard Australian orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked/Signed for service. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been sent along with a tracking number
Returns Information
How do I make a return?
To make a return please email us at Hugleggings@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Returns must reach us no later than 7 days from when order is received. If 7 days have passed since you received your order unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If you believe to have received a faulty item we must be notified within the 7 days to receive a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it in. Should there be any sign of wear a refund will not be made.
